Registration Mechanics

• HSS Members and Non Members are allowed to join. Except officers
• Each team will be composed of at most 3 members
• Registration is still open
• Registration is available ONLINE and by visiting the Registration forms posted on the announcement boards located @ the Lobby and 2nd floor.;

Contest Mechanics


Photo Category

• Only registered teams can participate
• Each team must create a photo composition relevant to the given theme
• Entries are not limited to digital compositions and photography
• Each team may submit, at most, 3 entries
• Final entries must be in jpeg format with a resolution of 72pixels/inch
• Final entries (soft copy) must have a size of 18x24 inches or a similar aspect ratio
• Entries must be attached and emailed to hssamafv@gmail.com with the following details:
  Subject: HSS Multimedia Contest Entry (Photo)
  Body: Title of the Entry, Members’ student #s, full names and courses.
• Deadline of submission of entries will be on August 12 (Tuesday), until midnight.

Voting
  Voting for your favorite photo will be open from August 13 - 15, 2014. Voting locations will be announced soon. Voting tickets are worth Php. 2.00 /vote. 

Criteria for Judging

• Originality (30%)
• Creativity (30%)
• Relevance to the theme (20%)
• Votes (20%)
• Total (100%)
